Neocapita in Armenia

In the first week of July, Neocapita was invited by the UNDP to Armenia, to scope the use of its Stoneblock e-government digital registry platform across the Government. A number of opportunities emerged and Neocapita is working with the UNDP to provide a proof-of-concept for the Armenian government which accounts for how to migrate to and use the blockchain as a backend digital registry across government. A successful implementation here will mean introductions to up to 23 other countries that the UNDP is presently working in to improve transparency and lower the cost of e-government services to citizens. A financial proposal was submitted for the pilot and we are to hear more in September.
